Local to Carlisle is a beautiful boutique hotel that specialises in luxury stays for couples and families. Part of the luxury feel includes king-sized beds, memory foam mattresses, baths in every hotel room, and spa-like showers with free beauty products. Because of the clientele, the staff hold themselves to a high standard and find themselves rarely able to relax while on the clock. To make up for this, Samson, their general manager has organised a Christmas party to give everyone to relax and unwind this festive period! The party is set to take place in one of the function rooms at the hotel, which has been specially decorated for Christmas. Alongside the bar and music, the guests will also be able to enjoy a delicious meal from Hog Roast Smithfield, with our catering manager John serving the menu.
In preparation for the event, John planned the menu for the party and got his team ready to go! The main dishes for the menu includes sliced pork and BBQ pulled jackfruit, with both dishes being slow-roasted on the day of the party. Once ready, the mains are then served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. As well as the main dishes, we will also be serving a variety of salad dishes and homemade chips, to create a balanced and tasty evening meal. This menu has plenty for the guests to enjoy and enough to go around, making it ideal for this occasion!
