For this menu, Hog Roast Dalston has taken our signature hog roast and made it even better. I know – we didn’t think it was possible either! The star of the show is still our whole hog, slow-roasted until the meat is beautifully tender and the crackling turns golden and crisp. It’s served with herby stuffing, applesauce and fresh salads, bringing plenty of flavour to every plate. But we don’t stop at the main event. The Alfresco Menu also features an eye-catching, Italian-inspired grazing table, giving guests something delicious to pick at while they mingle and the celebrations get underway. And once everyone has had their fill of savoury goodness, we bring out a selection of delicate desserts to finish the feast on a sweet note.
