Holly is turning 21 later this April and her mum contacted Hog Roast Tarraby earlier this year to arrange catering for the occasion. Holly is choosing to celebrate her birthday with a delicious meal between friends and family, with 15 of her favourite people in attendance. For the catering, our manager John has been hired to provide a sit-down meal for the occasion, including three courses of tasty dishes.
In preparation for this event, Hog Roast Tarraby will arrive at the venue with plenty of time t prepare the three courses before the 1:00pm mealtime. Our menu will begin with a homemade soup of the day for the starter, served with fresh bread and butter. This is a classic starter and one that always goes down well before a hearty main meal.
For the main course, we will be serving a classic Hog Roast Tarraby dish consisting of slow-roasted pork and a variety of trimmings. The sliced pork will be accompanied by roasted baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables, sage and onion stuffing, homemade gravy, and crispy crackling. As a main meal, this is incredibly varied and has something for every guest to enjoy. It is a good contrast to the light starter and is sure to fill up the guests.
The menu will end with a selection of desserts, including sticky toffee pudding and profiteroles. Each dish will be accompanied by English cream and fresh berries to create an elegant and delicious final course. This will be served alongside fresh tea and coffee to end the birthday in style.
